Yes, I'm running the The Santoemma Sabrina Maxi, because I can deliver consistent results year-round! Using its high-waterlift technology, it can dry carpets in approximately one hour. This quick drying time is a key advantage of the machine, allowing for minimal disruption after cleaning.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?

While the machine plays a significant role, factors like room temperature, ventilation, and the initial wetness (spills or flood damage) of the carpet can also influence the total drying time. My best advice is to give a good 4-6 hours to allow the fibres to set in the upright position and remain fluffy and soft underfoot.

Will carpet cleaning get rid of stains and spots?

My professional cleaning methods are effective at removing the most common household stains.

However, some stains, like those caused by dyes, bleach, or certain medications, may be more difficult to remove. Set-in stains can be a challenge, so the sooner they are addressed, the better the outcome will be.

How often should my carpet be professionally cleaned?

To ensure a healthy home, residential carpets should be cleaned at least once a year.

However, if you have messy children, multiple pets and or family members who have environmental/seasonal allergies (that blow/track in and cling to fibres in your home), it is highly recommended your carpet is deep-cleaned twice a year.

Can carpet cleaning eliminate pet odors?

Yes, my cleaning process includes a special treatment that is meant to significantly reduce and even fully eliminate pet odors.

Does furniture need to be shifted before the clean?

I am happy to shift furniture under 20Kg, so if you need me to shift anything - let me know. Big things like book cases and tv cabinets usually stay in place while I carefully clean around them.
